M/s Amarchand Mangaldas are on record (the matter is being handled by Mr Cyril Shroff). Senior Counsel Mr Iqbal Chagla and Mr Janak Dwarkadas appeared for the Petitioners. Mr Darius Khambatta, Senior Counsel appeared for the Intervenors supporting the petition. It is not mere happenstance that Mr Chagla, Mr Dwarkadas, Mr Khambatta and Mr Shroff are all members of our Association and practice on the Original Side.
