The Annual General Meeting of the Bombay Bar Association will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 5.15 pm in the Association’s premises in Room No.57. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 11th September, 2009 ;
2. Presentation of the Annual Report by the President;
3. To adopt the Audited Accounts for the year 2009-2010;
4. To confirm the appointment of the firm M/s. Ashok Jayesh & Associates as Auditors for the year 2010-2011;
5. Any other business with the permission of the Chairman of the meeting.

NOTE: Copies of the Minutes of the General Meeting referred to above and copies of the audited accounts are available on request with the Association staff.
