List Information:

LOQUITUR is the email newsletter of the BOMBAY BAR ASSOCIATION, an Association of lawyers who practice on the Original Side of the Bombay High Court.

  • This list is an announce-only list.

Privacy Policy:

This email is for private circulation only to those members of the Bombay Bar Association who have chosen to receive it. Their reasons for doing so remain shrouded in mystery. This newsletter is never sent unsolicited. Often, it is never sent at all. It is, therefore, not spam.

It is also not very useful. But that, as the Bishop said to the actress, is another matter altogether. Moreover and furthermore, the Bar Association doesn't share your email address with anyone.

Come to think of it, the Bar Association doesn't share *anything* with anyone.

We're lawyers, remember?

Loquitur is perpetrated by Gautam Patel, a guy who moonlights as a lawyer in his spare time. All complaints should be deflected to the person who makes all this possible. You can find him in the Association room vending industrial-grade sludge at the coffee machine from 11 to 4 on working days.
