The Government Law College Mumbai, (GLC) is a premier institution imparting legal education.  GLC is now in its fifth year in offering a one-year part time Diploma Course in Securities Law.

This course has been designed to provide specialized knowledge and comparative study of Indian and International legal framework and regulatory structures. The faculty for the course is drawn from the academic world, the judiciary, regulators like SEBI & Stock Exchanges, reputed attorneys, law firms, counsels and experts from corporate houses well versed in securities law.

The next batch commencing June 2007 invites applications from graduates with a basic understanding of corporate law. The prospectus and application forms are available from Wednesday 14th February 2007 at the Government Law College for Rs.200/-. The last date for receipt of completed applications is Thursday 15th March 2007.
