Intellectual Property Law Practitioners Association (IPLPA), Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal’s Institute of Intellectual Property Studies (IIPS) and CUTS Institute for Regulation and Competition (CIRC) have jointly organised in Mumbai a special talk/presentation on Competition Law and issues relating to Intellectual Property by Professor Richard Whish.

Professor Richard Whish is a renowned expert and author in the field. He is a Professor of Law at King’s College London and is visiting faculty at many leading colleges of the world. He is also a qualified Solicitor and was a partner at Watson, Farley and Williams. He acts as a consultant to regulatory agencies, and is a non-executive director of the UK Office of Fair Trading.
Professor Richard Whish will cover the recent developments in Competition Law and will talk about cases and issues relating to Intellectual Property.
