SAARC Arbitration Council was established as a result of the decision made by the Heads of States at the 10th Summit held in Dhaka. Since 2012, the Council is considered as a specialized body of SAARC, reporting directly to the Standing Committee of Foreign Secretaries of the Member States.
A delegation from SARCO headed by the Director General, will be visiting the Bombay Bar Association premises on 21st April, 2015 at 5.15 pm. The delegation would like to exchange views on how SARCO can be promoted as an Arbitration Centre.
