The Standing Committee of the Bombay Bar Association has formed a "Fees Sub-Committee" to consider and entertain any complaint with regard to non-payment of professional fees from any advocate. Any member who has a pending complaint may inform the Bombay Bar Association staff. Any member having any such complaint may also lodge a complaint with the Bombay Bar Association staff. All complaints will be considered by the "Fees Sub-Committee" in accordance with Rule 16 of the Bombay Bar Association Rules.
