Hon’ble Bombay High Court has formed a committee to streamline the entire filing process, right from the filing of various proceedings till the registration thereof and had invited the inputs from the members of the Bar in that regard.
A meeting of all members and learned advocates was held to discuss the aforesaid issues. Members of the bar attended the meeting and gave their inputs and pointed out the difficulties faced by them in the process of filing and registration of the proceedings. The inputs received from the members were collated by the Hon. Secretary and placed for the consideration of the Hon’ble Court administration. The Committee is now acting on the said recommendations. Follow up meeting are being held with the Court administration committee in this regard.
